General Shipping Information:
Processing Time:

    1. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email.
    2. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
    3. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping to the USA:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

    1. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). 
    2. The tracking information will be available within [24] hours.  

Damages:

    1. Saritae is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
    2. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
    3. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.  

Shipping to India:
Shipping charges for orders to India will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking (India):

    1. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
    2. Tracking information may be limited once the package enters India due to local carrier practices.  

Damages:

    1. Saritae is not liable for any products damaged or lost during international shipping, including those shipped to India.
    2. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
    3. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.  

General Policies for Both USA and India:

Incorrect Shipping Address:

    1. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
    2. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@saritae.com.
    3. We cannot guarantee that we can change the address before shipping, but we will make every effort to assist you.
    4. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

    1. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately.
    2. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.
    3. If the shipping carrier cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@saritae.com and we will assist you in filing a claim.
